Instructions and materials list was great, made it easy to buy all the materials needed to build the shed. Just follow the instructions and it’s an easy build. Will buy again.

As a shade tree carpenter this kit made building my shed a lot easier not to mention it almost made it look like I knew what I was doing

This kit works great! You don't need to be a professional builder to complete. It does help to have two people.

This was a great purchase! I’m a bit of a handy man, but not a builder (carpenter) . It came out awesome. A couple neighbors I believe are a bit jealous!

I purchased the 8x10 cottage kit 6 years ago for my mini therapy horse. We used gravel as a base and stall mats on top of that. It was easy to build and our little horse loves it so much she never pees or poops. She has a chandelier and pictures on the wall and happily conducts house tours for kids. We have been so happy with her house!!

When it arrived I was a bit intimidated because there were more pieces than I had expected. But it came with super easy to follow instructions and went together very quickly! Everything went together so well, I had plenty of screws and nails. It was a great weekend project!

We bought this playhouse and converted it into a chicken coop. It's adorable and the chickens are happy and cozy. The best part is the Little Cottage Company did the conversion for us so it came with nesting boxes, vents and chicken run door. Quality is great and it's a beautiful addition to our property. Quick delivery. My son and husband put it together in a weekend. It came primed and it turned out just as we wanted!
