Question:Does this come with all equipment required to assemble and ride

Answer:This item comes 70% assembled inside a metal crate. you will have to assemble the tires, handle bar batteries and front and rear metal racks

We do have step by step videos for assembly info but a certified technician is required if you are not familiar with the assembly of bikes. Also, it does come with a small tool kit inside the box but you may need power tools to open the metal crate..

Question:Does this have an ignition that you use a key in and does ti come with a key

Answer:Yes, it comes with ignition lock and key

Question:how fast would it go for a person who weighs 82 pounds

Answer:it can go about 30/35 MPH .. it does have a speed governor to govern down the speed as low as 5 mph
